Opportunity and The Ambition to Evolve.
Regal Boats wanted to build inspiring, life-long relationships with their buyers. So they asked Myjive to create web platforms that redefined the experience for boat buyers and Regal dealers. Though this required a keen focus on interaction design and utility, we also saw these projects as opportunities to refine Regal's brand through new messages and visual content: brand evolution through sustainable platforms.
The customer experience at the dealership is also critical. So we created an app for dealers to help their customers articulate their needs, helping them identify desired spend level, boat configuration and options. Once the best models are identified, detailed inventory information leads the salesperson to in-stock units. This helps position the customer at a potential boat purchase quickly. The app includes a prospect contact management system that collects detailed prospect and customer data to foster relationship marketing and future purchases.
